At the genesis of this class, the students were divided into three groups; the blog team, the catalog team, and the video team. As viewers of this blog, you have been exposed to behind the scenes snippets of work from all groups, exempting the video team. A great deal of work goes into the creation of visual media and a considerable amount of time is spent before there are any deliverables. As a class we have seen countless drafts of their work through presentations of their progress to our client.
The video team has been busy at work capturing aesthetically pleasing shots of the artwork at FAM, as well as interior and exterior shots of the entire museum to create a promotional piece for naturetech and for FAM as a whole.
Their aim is to educate the public about the exhibition, but also to feature FAM and showcase their new updated facility. Through their innovative advances and growing popularity, FAM is a force to be reckoned with as they establish their brand as a nationally recognized museum.
The video team is made up of Fitchburg State Students and are as follows:
Forrest Smith – Editor / Camera
Marilyn Perpignant – Sound / Mixing
Mitch McCarthy – Camera / Editor
Lindsay Tesoro – Producer / Director / Assistant Editor / Camera
Pat Burns – Camera / Editor
Kevin Wyshak - Photography
The video below is a collaboration of all of their hard work and will be available to the community online! Enjoy this first look!
